On 7th December 2024, Rubberex organized an internal badminton tournament with 30 players and 10 committee members. This initiative was a great way to encourage a healthy work-life balance, promoting physical activity and teamwork among employees.

Players were divided into groups. Every team member played with determination and passion in the badminton tournament, giving their best effort to contribute to their group's success. They worked together, supporting one another, and focused on achieving the highest score possible.
Prize-Giving & Lucky Draw Session
After 4 hours of intense competition, with 30 matches held simultaneously on courts 1, 2, and 3. Group C emerged as the champion, followed by Group A in first runner-up place and Group E securing the second runner-up place. The atmosphere was electric as the players gave their all on the court.
The most exciting part of the event came next — the lucky draw session. All players and committee members stayed until the end, eagerly anticipating the chance to win one of the attractive prizes. The lucky draw added an extra layer of excitement and energy, making the event even more memorable for everyone involved.
